    Toni Ann Riedel, MA, is a 200-hr Yoga Alliance certified instructor and 500-hr Healing Movement Yoga Therapy Teacher Training student. She is trained in using asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), and meditation to improving one’s physical health and well-being – from our mental, physical and psychological state. She is certified in Teaching Adaptive Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis; Yoga Ed. Mind-Body Resources for Youth-At-Risk; Yoga for PTSD; Heart Disease; Back Pain; IBS; and using the tools for those suffering from grief, anxiety, and depression. She is a member of IYAT, the International Association of Yoga Therapists, and AFAA, Aerobic & Fitness Association of America. She teaches yoga and Pilates and is a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer, as well as, a Reiki II practitioner serveing those living in Suffolk and Nassau County, Long Island.
